2. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requested within 30 days of purchase
- The product is not working as described (with valid proof)
- Technical issues that our support team cannot resolve
- Accidental duplicate purchase
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Request after 30 days of purchase
- Change of mind after using the product for more than 7 days
- Losses incurred from trading (trading involves risk)
- License key has been shared or used on multiple accounts
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions

5. Refund Process

- Approval: If approved, we will initiate the refund
- Processing: Refund will be processed to your original payment method

6. Trial Version Refunds
Our 24-hour free trial is completely free - no payment is required. Therefore, no refund is applicable for trials. If you purchased after trial and want a refund, the standard 30-day policy applies.
7. Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based products (monthly/quarterly/annual):
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
- Cancellation will prevent future billing but does NOT entitle you to a refund for the current period
- You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period
8. Crypto Payment Refunds
For cryptocurrency payments:
- Refunds will be processed in the same cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of refund
- Network fees (gas fees) are non-refundable
- Refunds may take 24-48 hours due to blockchain confirmation times
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:
- Your license will be immediately suspended
- Your account may be permanently banned
- We will dispute the chargeback with evidence of your purchase and usage
