To purchase our products, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Product for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

  • Cancel anytime before 7 days to avoid charges

• 💵 15 Days Plan: $37.80 for 15 days access
• 💵 1 Month Plan: $60 for 30 days access
• 💵 3 Months Plan: $144 for 90 days access
• 💵 6 Months Plan: $240 for 180 days access
• 💵 1 Year Plan: $420 for 365 days access
• 💵 Lifetime Plan: $900 for permanent access with free updates and priority support

3.3 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share, sell, rent, lease, or distribute your license key
• Use the same license on multiple MT5 accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Use the software for illegal trading activities

4. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select cryptocurrencies
• Prices include all applicable taxes

6. Intellectual Property

All Products, content, logos, and trademarks on our website are the property of Magix Trading and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You acquire no ownership rights by purchasing our Products.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Use automated scripts to access or scrape our website

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Products will meet your specific trading requirements
• The Products will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Trading results will be profitable

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGIX TRADING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Products
• Any trading losses incurred
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Products immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
